Fees

One fixed price per pathway, agreed before you book. No hidden costs and no add-ons. Every pathway starts with a free 15-minute call, and there's no obligation to go ahead afterwards.

We currently assess adults (18+) only.

These are pilot fees. They may change once our clinical partner's fee is agreed. Assessment bookings open once our clinical partnership is confirmed – enquire now to join the pilot waitlist. Counselling, CBT and coaching are open now.

Diagnosis by a registered partner

Every assessment fee includes review by our CQC-registered clinical partner (a consultant psychiatrist or clinic), a diagnostic consultation and a diagnostic report. How it works

Low-cost by design

Private autism assessments in the UK commonly cost £1,500–£2,500. As a community interest company, we keep our fees low so assessment is within reach of more people.

What's not included

Assessment fees don't include medication, titration, shared care or reassessment. Counselling, CBT and coaching are available separately at £75 per session, with or without a diagnosis.

Common questions

Fees FAQs

Is the initial call really free?

Yes. The 15-minute call is free and there's no obligation. It's a chance to talk through what's brought you here and check which pathway, if any, is right for you.

Is this an NHS service?

No. We're an independent, self-funded service, and we're not a Right to Choose provider. You don't need a GP referral, and you don't have to wait for NHS Right to Choose funding, which is currently paused for routine referrals in Kent and Medway. Read the Right to Choose update.

Should I choose the combined assessment?

If you think you may be autistic and have ADHD, the combined pathway covers both in one process with one report, for less than booking them separately (£1,150 rather than £1,345). We can help you decide at your free call.

Does the fee include medication or titration?

No. We don't prescribe or manage medication, carry out titration or arrange shared care. If medication may help, your partner clinician or GP can advise on next steps.

Can I use my report with my GP, employer or university?

Yes. Your reports are written to be shared, and they can support requests for reasonable adjustments or an Access to Work application. The DWP decides Access to Work eligibility and funding.

How much are counselling, CBT and coaching?

Neuro-affirming counselling, CBT and executive function coaching are £75 per session. You don't need a diagnosis or an assessment with us. We can also quote for Access to Work support. Access to Work is run by the DWP, which decides eligibility and funding.

How and when do I pay?

We'll explain payment and booking at your free initial call, before you commit to anything.

Not sure which pathway you need?
